Block exemption legislation has been enforce since october, 2003 now gives you the right to take your car to Renatec and have it serviced, without invalidating the manufacturers warranty, as long as manufacturers service schedules are followed and quality parts are used. We service all vehicles to the manufacturers recommended specifications according to mileage and time intervals. Or to other specified intervals according to the manufacturers warranty.

We also provide mot tests and use the latest computerised equipment to carry out all vehicle checks required for the mot. The test is to ensure that each vehicle meets the safety level that is required by law. Our facilities are fully equipped for Class 4 petrol and diesel vehicles, which includes cars, good vehicles and small vans.
Our mot testers are all VOSA (Vehicle and Operator Services Agency) approved and will conduct the required tests and inspection on a vehicle, which includes the exterior, interior, under the vehicle and under the bonnet. If a vehicle passes, then a pass certificate (VT20) will be issued but if it fails to meet any of the checks then a fail certificate (VT30) will be issued.
